差异化纤维混纺小比例色纺纱的生产实践

从工艺方面阐述了利用纤维线密度、长度、色彩的差异化，混纺出小比例色纺纱。在具体生产实践中，采用小量称重法按比例取小比例的红、绿涤纶，与正常涤纶混匀，然后与粘胶混合排包生产，并条过三道，每道工序都按照工艺要求设置机器。结果表明，所得小比例色纱针织物布面平整、手感好，且布面有特殊的云斑效果。

PRODUCTION PRACTICE OF SMALL PROPORTION COLORED SPUN YARN BLENDING DIFFERENTIAL FIBER

The paper mainly introduced the processes of the small proportion blended colored yarn from fiber linear density, length and color difference. In specific production practice, it used a small amount weighing method to take a small percentage of red and green polyester, first blended with normal polyester, and then mixed with the viscose production scheduling packages, through three article, in accordance with each process technology requirements set up the machine. The results showed that the small proportion colored knitted fab- ric could get the effects of formation, good handle and batocera special effects.
