In the authors' opinion, we should constitute the management of fire control. Each line should keep a lookout for the behaviour of breaking rules and regulations and investigate and deal with it accordingly, create a good fire control and security environment and establish a relatively systematic and perfect, ocial-wide fire precontrol and control security net so that the basic work of fire control can be improved overall.
