| Abstract: | The article analyzes features of precipitation and runoff in time and space, evaporation and sediment of Weihe basin, explains reason of the flood and drought and influence of soil erosion and utilization of water resources on river sediment, finds the answer of the problem, and provides a scientific basis for the plan, the prevention of flood and the river treament in Weihe basin. |
