摘    要:自动测试系统中的测点测试大多采用面向仪器的手动配置方法,人工干预量大,测试效率很低。针对这个问题,引入了匹配系数的概念,提出了一种测点与仪器的最优匹配算法,通过相关理论和具体实例对算法的正确性和有效性进行了分析。在模型和算法的基础上,提出了一种面向信号的测试资源动态配置方法,该方法能够有效地实现并行测试,提高了测试的效率和系统的可靠性。

Abstract:The method of point test in most automatic test systems is instrument oriented manual configuration at present, so the test efficiency is very low. To solve this problem, the concept of matehing coefficient is proposed and an algorithm of optimal matching between test points and instruments is presented and its correctness and validity are approved both in theory and by example. Based on the model and algorithm, a method of signal oriented dynamic configuration for test resouree is proposed. The method can realize parallel test and enhance test efficiency and system reliability.
