摘    要:采用微区X射线衍射技术,对在高温高压作用后有白云石套管隔热的叶蜡石材料进行了相变的测试,结果表明,叶蜡石受高温高压作用后主要相变成柯石英和方英石,同时还发现存在一种晶体acetylene dicarboxylic acid(C4H2O4),没有发现蓝晶石结构,说明白云石套管有绝热作用,能使叶蜡石层内壁的温度降低,使硬质合金顶锤表面的温度降低,从而延长顶锤的使用寿命。

Abstract:The phase transformation of pyrophyllite with dolomite lining treated under high pressure and high temperature was measured by X ray diffraction. New phases as coesite, cristobolite and acetylene dicarboxylic acid(C 4H 2O 4) were discovered. No kyanite structure was found, which means, the dolomite lining has adiabatic function. It can reduce the temperature of the inner part of the pyrophylite, that is to say, reduce the temperature near the anvils, thus last the anvils' working life.
