纤维增强复合材料加固结构耐久性研究综述

摘    要:随着纤维增强复合材料(FRP)在土木工程中应用越来越广泛,其耐久性成为工程应用人员关注的焦点问题。分析了各种环境条件对FRP耐久性的影响,结果表明:温度对FRP材料、FRP与混凝土、FRP与钢粘结界面的耐久性影响不明显;冻融作用对FRP与混凝土粘结界面影响较大;水分对FRP材料和粘结界面均有影响;化学介质对CFRP影响不大,对GFRP以及FRP与粘结界面均有较大影响。建议对FRP材料及粘结界面进行自然劣化与加速劣化对比试验,并提出进行耐久性评价时应根据使用环境不同对评价指标赋予不同的权重。

Abstract:As the application of fiber reinforced polymer is wider and wider,the problem of durability becomes more important.The influence of various environments on durability of FRP was introduced in this paper.The influence of temperature on FRP material,the bond of FRP-to-concrete and FRP-to-steel are not obvious.The results show that the influence of freeze-thaw on the bond of FRP-to-concrete is severe.Water influences the property of FRP material and the bonding surface.The influence of chemistry solution on CFRP is not severe,while the influence on GFRP and FRP and the bonding surface is severe.This paper suggested carrying on the comparative experiment of natural outdoor weathering durability experiment and accelerated durability experiment to the FRP material and the bonding surface.It is also proposed that evaluation of the durability of FRP material and the bonding surface should consider the different environment.
