海下点柱式开采的有限元动态模拟分析

摘    要:三山岛金矿是我国第一个进行海底采矿的硬岩矿山,矿山采用点柱式机械化上向水平分层充填法开采。通过ANSYS有限元数值模拟方法,定量地计算和分析矿体开采过程中采场充填后不同开采步骤下采场顶底板和点柱的应力、位移和塑性区的分布状况,模拟出它们随每步开采应力和应变的动态变化过程及其规律。将分析结果应用于工程实际,为三山岛金矿新立矿区海底安全高效开采矿石资源提供了技术保障。

Abstract:Sanshandao Gold Mine is the first hard rock mine carrying out under-sea mining in China, which adopts the mechanical upward horizontal slice stoping-filling method with pointed pillars.ANSYS finite element numerical simulation method was used to calculate and analyze quantitatively the distribution of the stress, displacement and plastic zone of the stop roof, floor and point pillars in the different mining steps after the filling, and to simulate their dynamic change process and regularity with the stoping stress and strain of each step.The analysis results were used in the practical engineering, providing a technical support to an efficient safety under-sea mining in Xinli mineral zone of Sanshandao Gold Mine.
