环境敏感区废弃钻井液无害化处理新技术

摘    要:针对环境敏感区的废弃钻井液无害化处理难题,在确定脱稳剂 SD-131、促凝剂 SD-132、分散剂 SD-133等废弃钻井液无害化处理剂加量的基础上,采用单因素试验方法及原子分光光度计、红外测油仪等测试手段,以处理后固体物浸出液中石油类和重金属含量为评价指标,研发了环境敏感区废弃钻井液处理新技术。废弃钻井液经无害化处理后,浸出液色度和悬浮物含量低,未出现返浆现象;同时,浸出液的化学需氧量为23~56 mg/L,总铬含量为0.86~1.12 mg/L,Cr6+含量为0.22~0.40 mg/L,石油类含量为2.67~4.23 mg/L,达到了废弃钻井液无害化处理的目的。在温米油田环境敏感区进行的现场试验表明,废弃钻井液无害化处理后,自然干化23~30 d,仍具有一定的孔隙度和类似土壤的特征,可承载推土机进行井场恢复。现场试验结果证明,该技术可实现对废弃钻井液中污染物的有效转化与封固。

New Technology of Wasted Drilling Fluid Treatment in Environmentally Sensitive Areas

Abstract:In view of the disposal of wasted drilling fluid in environmentally sensitive areas,a wasted drilling fluid innocuous treatment formula has been developed on the basis of determining the dosage of destablizer SD-131,coagulation accelerator SD-132,and dispersant SD-133.After innocuous treatment,the infiltrate fluid of drilling fluid has low chromaticity and low content of suspended materials.Different materials and elements in the infiltrate fluid are indicated by COD:23-56 mg/L,total Cr:0.86-1.12 mg/L,Cr6+ 0.22-0.40 mg/L,and hydrocarbon:2.67-4.23 mg/L,which meet the requirement of innocuous treatment of wasted drilling fluid.The test of the technology in environmentally sensitive area of Wenmi Oilfield shows the drilling fluid still has certain porosity and is similar to soil 20-30 d of drying after treatment,and can bear bulldozer to restore well site.Field test shows the technology can effectively transform and solidify pollutants in drilling fluid.
