摘    要:经过十多年的生产运行,靖边气田集气站用氮气源系统目前存在供气系统易泄漏、氮气瓶更换频率高、运行成本大等问题,文章针对这些问题进行了分析,并把橇装空压机作为新的气源系统在部分集气站试验运行。通过对空压机、储气罐等的能力计算,确定了空压机的型号,并对其结构、功能进行了介绍,空压机的试验运行效果表明,相对于氮气瓶组空压机具有一定优势,在气田后期弥补递减、滚动扩边及整体增压实施过程中具有一定推广应用价值。

Abstract:After operation more than 10 years, the nitrogen gas source systems applied at the gas gathering stations of Jingbian Gas Field have the problems such as nitrogen gas leakage from supply system, frequent nitrogen cylinder replacement and high operation cost. Therefore, the skid-mounted air compressors as a new kind of gas source system are tried to run at some gas gathering stations of Jingbian Gas Field. This paper introduces the application of the nitrogen source systems in Jingbian Gas Field, determines the type of the new gas resource system with skid-mounted air compressor by calculating the capacities of the air compressor and the gas storage tank, and illustrates the process flow and composition of the new gas resource system. The effect of the new gas resource system application shows that the new gas resource system is better than the nitrogen source system in applicability and safety, and it has a certain popularization value in complementing reduced gas field production at later stage, expanding reserves exploitation and implementing integral gas supercharge.
