配钢纤维RPC永久柱模的RC框架抗震性能试验

摘    要:目的为推广永久性建筑模板的工程应用,探讨钢纤维活性粉末混凝土(RPC)永久柱模对框架结构抗震性能的改善.方法通过对一榀配钢纤维RPC永久柱模的装配整体式钢筋混凝土框架在水平低周反复荷载作用下的拟静力试验,并基于该型框架结构的破坏特征、滞回耗能、变形及延性等性能,分析永久柱模对框架结构抗震性能的影响.结果试件具有显著的"强柱弱梁"破坏特征,滞回环面积较大,正、反向延性系数分别达4.44与6,具有较好的变形能力,极限点等效黏滞阻尼系数达0.21,耗能能力较强.永久柱模对核心混凝土有一定的紧箍作用,约束核心柱的横向变形.结论配钢纤维RPC的钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震性能良好,永久柱模的配置提高了框架的抗震能力,这种柱模具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:Studying how the permanent steel fiber RPC column-template reinforced the seismic performance for frame structure is for popularizing this kind of permanent template in project. One assembled monolithic framew ork w ith the permanent steel fiber RPC column-template w ere tested in low-reversed cyclic loading. Based on the failure patterns,hysteresis,energy dissipation,ductility and deformation,the influence from the permanent column-template to seismic behavior of framew ork w as analyzed. This experiment revealed the sample had remarkable failure characteristics of "strong column and w eak beam ",excellent deformability and energy-dissipating capacity. Area of hysteresis loop w as large w hich the positive / negative direction ductility and equivalent viscous damping coefficient attained 4. 44 /6 and 0. 21 respectively. The permanent column-template w ith tight hoop function on core concrete transverse deformation improved the framew ork of the seismic capacity. This kind of template has definitely better prospects in protect.
