摘    要:针对管道防腐层破损和剥离的检测问题,从钢板防腐层模型出发,提出了一种基于超声波的钢板防腐层剥离检测算法.该算法利用兰姆波在单层介质和双层介质中的传播特性,得出了不同传播介质与超声波传播速度变化的关系.在有限元仿真软件ANSYS环境下构建了裸钢板模型及外壁涂有防腐层的钢板模型,分别在这两种模型下进行受力振动产生超声波,并对超声波的传播速度进行对比分析.通过仿真计算得出,超声波在有防腐层钢板中比在裸钢板中的传播速度慢,根据仿真模型搭建实验平台,验证了仿真结果的正确性,从而可进行基于超声波的钢板防腐层剥离检测.

Abstract:To solve the detection problem about the damage and peeling of anticorrosive layer for pipeline, a detection method for anticorrosive layer peeling of steel plate based on ultrasonic wave was proposed in view of the anticorrosive layer model for the steel plate. With the propagation characteristics of Lamb wave in both monolayer and double layer media, the relationship between different propagation media and ultrasonic wave propagation velocity was obtained. Under the environment of finite element simulation software ANSYS, the models for both bare steel plate and steel plate coated with anticorrosive layer were eatablished. The ultrasonic wave was generated by the force vibration under above mentioned models, respectively. In addition, the propagation velocity of ultrasonic wave was compared and analyzed. The simulating calulation show that the velocity of ultrasonic wave in the steel plate coated with anticorrosive layer is slower than that in the bare steel plate. The experimental platform can be established according to 〖JP3〗the simulation model, and the correctness of simulation results can be verified with the experiments. Therefore, the peeling detection of anticorrosive layer for steel plate based on ultrasonic wave can be performed.
