提升机新型“S”型卷绳压紧机构的研究

摘    要:目的设计一种新型提升机"S"型卷绳压紧机构,解决传统提升机卷绳压紧机构中弹簧的预紧力难于控制,压盘压紧力分布不均和钢丝绳寿命过短等问题.方法基于摩擦传动理论对提升机卷绳机构的钢丝绳张力和压盘压力进行分析,建立提升机提升力与压盘压力之间的关系;应用赫兹理论获得钢丝绳和压盘接触点的最大接触应力,应用虎克定律获得接触点的最大变形,以此变形为基础设计了"预变形"静压盘轮廓曲线.结果获得了钢丝绳和压盘接触点最佳"预变形"曲线,设计了一种预变形压盘结构,取消了原提升机卷绳压紧机构的弹簧,零件数目减少了40%左右.结论简化了卷绳压紧机构的结构,大大降低了制造和装配成本,实现了压紧力均匀分布和提高钢丝绳寿命的目的.

Abstract:In order to resolve the problems of preload controlling difficulty of the springs,pressing force maldistribution of the pressure plate,and short life of the steel w ire rope in the traditional hoist mechanism,a new " S" type rolling rope mechanism of hoist has been designed. In research process,tw o theories and one law have been used. Firstly,the theory of friction drive is used to establish the relations betw een the lifting pow er of hoist and the pressing force of the pressure plate by analyzing the tension of the steel w ire rope and the pressing force of the pressure plate. Secondly,the Hertzian theory is used to acquire the maximal contact stress of contact point betw een the steel w ire rope and the pressure plate. Finally,the Hooke Law is used to obtain the maximal deformation of the contact point. The design method of profile curve on the pre-deformation static pressure plate has been put forw ard based on obtaining the maximum deformation of contact point and the structure of pre-deformation pressure plate has also been designed. The number of elements is 40% less than that of the traditional design because w hole springs are canceled. Based on the above-mentioned methods,there are follow ing advantages in new mechanism:structure simplified,reducing highly the manufacturing and assembly costs,avoiding the uniform distribution of pressing force and extending the life of the w ire rope. Thus,it is a new method on the rolling rope mechanism of hoist.
