推管机在定向钻穿越工程中的应用

摘    要:在定向钻穿越回拖过程中,由于地质的复杂性及钻杆所能承受的额定拉力等因素的影响,往往需要采取一定的助力措施。文章简要介绍了目前常用的管道降浮、夯管锤助力等辅助措施,提出并较为详细地介绍了采用推管机助力的方法减小钻机回拖力的方案。工程应用表明,该技术解决了配重降浮不适用于长度超过1500 m的长距离管道穿越问题,也避免了夯管锤助力对管道作业带要求过高等问题。

Abstract:In the course of pullback operation of pipeline crossing construction with directional drilling, boost measures are often needed due to the complex geological conditions and the limited rating tension borne by drilling rod. In this paper, some boost measures such as reducing pipeline buoyancy and using hammer are briefly introduced, then the scheme of applying pipe thruster as boost to reduce pullback resistance is put forward and illustrated. The practical engineering application shows that this technique overcomes the inapplicability problem of using weight ballast to reduce buoyancy of long-distance pipeline with the length over 1 500 m, and it also avoids the steep demand for using hammer as boost.
