海洋平台潮差段防腐涂装技术研究与应用

摘    要:海上固定平台导管架潮差段水下钢结构防腐在国内海洋石油行业属于技术难题,多年来一直没有得到有效解决。文章基于对海洋平台导管架潮差段涂装工艺技术的研究,着重介绍了涂装关键技术的研究状况,包括涂装人员保护装置的研制、平台潮差段除锈技术的选择、水下特种涂料的选取和水下涂装工艺设备的研制,还介绍了上述涂装关键技术在东海平湖D PP固定平台应用实施的效果。

Abstract:Anti-corrosion of steel structure in the tidal zone of offshore jacket platform is a difficult technical problem in domestic petroleum industry, which has not been solved for many years. The research on coating techniques of steel structure in the tidal zone of offshore jacket platform is generally introduced and the key techniques are further analyzed, including the manufacture of protection equipment for coating personnel, the selections of rust cleaning technique used in the tidal area of offshore jacket platform and special underwater coating materials, and the development of underwater coating process and device. The above-mentioned techniques are successfully applied to a jacket platform in East China Sea.
