辽东半岛水资源合理利用与保护的对策

辽东半岛是辽宁省重要的工业、旅游、水果、海产基地 ,水资源短缺已制约了国民经济的持续发展。为使地区工业、农业、旅游等行业稳定地发展 ,必须满足各部门对水的需求 ,使地区有限的水资源得到合理的开发、利用和保护。在既有水源工程挖潜配套的基础上 ,实行开源节流、开发与保护并重的措施 ,重点满足大连、营口、丹东及其所属地区的用水需求 ,使辽东半岛的经济持续发展。

Rational Utilization of Water Resources on Liaodong Peninsula and Countermeasures for Protection

Liaodong peninsula is an important base of industry,tourism,fruits and sea products in Liaoning province.The shortage of water resources there has restricted sustainable development of the national economy.Measures for rational development and protection of the limited water resources should be taken to make industry,agriculture,tourism,etc.develop steadily.On the basis of making full use of existing water source projects,it is necessary to find new water sources and save water and to combine development with protection,in order to meet the need for water of the cities of Dalian,Yingkou and Dandong and their subordinate regions,so that the economy of Liaodong peninsula will be able to develop continuously.
