摘    要:考察白腐菌摇床培养对纸张上色废水脱色降解的影响因素。实验结果表明,白腐菌对纸张上色废水有较强的脱色能力,其最佳脱色条件为培养液营养比20%、pH值5、温度25℃-30℃、初始生物量2 g、摇床转速为120 r/min。在脱色处理24 h时,纸张上色废水的脱色率可达到85.46%。

Abstract:The paper investigated the influence factors of white rot fungus on the decolorization and degradation of paper dyeing wastewater.The results showed that the white rot fungi had strong decoloring ability for paper dyeing wastewater.The optimal decolorization occurred at conditions that culture medium nutritive ratio was 20%,pH was 5,temperature was 25℃~30℃,initial biomass production was 2g and the shaking speed was 120r/min.The maximum decolorization rate achieved at 85.46% in the decolorizing treatment at 24 h.
