松香马来酰亚胺聚酯合成

摘    要:松香与马来酐反应加合物的产率为79%。在DMF中加合物与氨基苯甲酸反应的产物,N-羧苯基松香马来酰亚胺的产率大于90.4%。在H_3BO_3-ZnO催化下3种松香马来酰亚胺聚酯的产率为80%,80%,72%。TGA测定表明,它们的ONSET温度超过490℃。应用试验表明,添加15%松香马来酰亚胺聚酯,不但提高不饱和聚酯固化膜的热稳定性能.而且保持不饱和聚酯膜的气干性能。

Abstract:In heating the yield of Diels-Alder adduct (RCA)formed by rosin reacting with maleic anhydride is 79%. In DMF the yields of the three isomers of N(carboxyphenyl) -rosin-maleicimide (PRMID, MRMID,ORMID) made from RMA reacting with p-, m-,oaminobenzoic acid are 90. 4 %, 99. 5% and 92. 7%,respectively. In the presence of H3BO3-ZnO (1: 1),the yields of three isomers of rosin-maleic anhydridepolyesterimide formed by PRMID, MRMID, ORMIDcondensing with glycol are 80%, 80% and 72%,respectively. The TGA curves indicate that rosiumaleic anhydride-polyesterimide bas high thermostability.
