酸性可染聚丙烯短纤维性能研究

摘    要:采用共混纺丝的方法 ,制备酸性可染聚丙烯纤维 ,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明 :聚丙烯 /碱性聚酰胺 /增容剂 (PP/ BPA/ COB)三元共混体系具有良好的可纺性 ,纺制的纤维上染率达 85%以上 ,色牢度多在 4级以上。共混纤维有良好的力学性能 ,符合纺制加工的要求 ,纤维的吸湿性和抗静电性均有所改善。

Abstract:The acid dyeable polypropylene staple fibers were prepared by blend|spinning process. The properties of the fibers were studied. The result shows that the spinnability of PP/BPA/COB blend system is good enough to meet the requirement of industrial production. The dye|uptake of the fibers can be up to 85% and fastness can be over 4 grade. The results also show that the mechanical properties are satisfactory as well as the moisture adsorption properties and antistatic properties are somewhat improved.
