| 摘 要： | 在大批量生产的过程中,连杆螺钉的材料、硬度等要求的更改导致滚丝模使用寿命急剧缩短,从而导致生产成本过高。介绍从分析、试验到改进、完善,最终确定新的滚丝模制造工艺的过程。新滚丝模工艺大幅度地提高了滚丝模的使用寿命,保证了公司D114柴油机的生产进度。

| Abstract: | In mass production, change in requirement of connecting rod bolt drastically shortens service lifetime of a thread rolling tool, resulting in high cost. To couple with this problem, a careful analysis on structure, material hardness of thread rolling tool is carried out. A new manufacturing process of the thread rolling tool is defined, which improves significant- ly the service lifetime of the tool and ensures mass production of the connecting rod blots. |
