摘    要:AD7656是一种16位6通道自同步模数转换器,使用了iCMOS工业制造技术,具有性价比高、精度高、能耗低、转换速度快等优点,尤其适合于电力系统中的模拟量测量。本文主要介绍了AD7656的主要特性、内部结构、电路连接设计及在电力系统测控中的应用。

Abstract:AD7656 is a new product of ADI.,which is a simultaneous sampling bipolar 16-bit A/D converter.It is designed on the iCMOS process(industrial CMOS),which it can work with high accuracy,low consumption and high speed,especially to analog signal measuring in power system.Its main characteristic,inside configuration,circuit connection design and application in measuring and control system are introduced in this paper.
