钢包加硅吹氧升温热模拟试验

摘    要:在500kg中频感应炉内进行的热模拟试验结果表明,加硅吹氧升温是有效的,升温处理后钢液中残存的[Sol.Al]基本能控制在0.007以下,满足小方坯连铸对钢水成分的要求。

Abstract:Results of hot model test conducted at a 500kg medium frequency induction furnace show that the effective way to raise temperature is to blow oxygen and add silicon simultaneously into the ladle. By doing so the [Sol. Al] can be kept well below 0.007%,which comes up to the requirements of continuous casting billets with regard to the chemical compositions.
