摘    要:采用金属盐混合物,将氯化铜(CuCl2),氯化锌(ZnCl2)与硫氰酸钾(KSCN),碘化钾(KI)混合,然后对聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)进行改性.利用压缩测试、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FIR)、热重分析(TG)和醛酮挥发物测试对所有样品进行分析.结果表明,改性后的PUF具有较高的压应力,改善的氧化稳定性...

Abstract:The metal salt mixture of copper chloride(CuCl 2 ),zinc chloride(ZnCl 2 ),potassium thiocyanate(KSCN)and potassium iodide(KI)was used to modify polyurethane foam(PUF).All samples were analyzed by compression test,scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier infrared spectrometer(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and volatile organic compound(VOC)test.The results show that PUF has higher compressive stress,good oxidation stability and significantly reduces aldehydes and ketones volatilization,including acetaldehyde,acrolein,propionaldehyde,crotonaldehyde,methacrolein,methyl ethyl ketone and butyraldehyde,which has fallen below the detection limit.For sample B,its formaldehyde emissions are reduced below the detection limit,and the formaldehyde emissions of samples C,D,and E are reduced to 0.355%,1.877%,and 1.319%of pure PUF.The acetone emissions of samples B,C,D,and E are reduced to 0.024%,0.074%,0.040%,and 0.058%of pure PUF,respectively.
