摘    要:以交流接触器底盖的浇口选型为例,利用Moldflow软件进行最佳浇口位置分析,在最佳浇口位置上设计了侧浇口注射和潜伏浇口注射两种方案,分别比较了两种方案的流动分析和翘曲分析.结果表明,流动分析侧浇口注射压力较小、剪切速率侧浇口方案较小、侧浇口熔接痕数量减少;翘曲分析可知潜伏浇口总变形量虽然小于侧浇口,但是侧浇口最大变形...

Abstract:Taking the gate selection of the bottom cover of AC contactor as an example,Moldflow software was used to analyze the optimal gate position,and two schemes of side gate injection and latent gate injection were designed in the optimal gate position.The flow analysis and warpage analysis of the two schemes were compared,respectively.The results show that the injection pressure of side gate is smaller,the shear rate side gate scheme is smaller,and the number of weld lines of side gate is reduced.Warpage analysis shows that although the total deformation of the latent gate is smaller than that of the side gate,the maximum deformation position of the side gate is in the installation hole far away from the gate.It is more appropriate to design side gate injection scheme on the overall analysis of the best gate position.
