抗菌PP材料中抗菌剂银含量检测

摘    要:提出了一种抗菌聚丙烯(PP)材料中银系抗菌剂中银含量的检测方法。采用微波消解样品,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱外标法检测银含量,分析线波长为328.068 nm,银离子线性回归方程为y=40 456.2x+283.0,线性相关系数r=0.999 3。探索不同酸消解体系对材料银元素消解效率的影响。实验证明,浓硝酸消解体系对于非溴系阻燃材料具有较高的提取效率,平均回收率为96.7%,重复性较好(相对标准偏差RSD=0.8%);浓硝酸、浓盐酸、氢氟酸体积比为2∶4∶2的混酸体系对于溴系阻燃材料具有较高的提取效率,平均回收率为96.5%,重复性较好(RSD=0.7%)。

Abstract:The determination method of Ag content of antibacterial agent in antibacterial polypropylene(PP)was proposed.The sample was digested by microwave,and the content of Ag was detected by inductively coupled plasma(ICP-OES).The analysis line wavelength was 328.068 nm,and the linear regression equation of Ag was y=40 456.2x+283.0,r =0.999 3.The effects of different acid digestion systems on the digestion efficiency of Ag in materials were investigated.The experimental results show that the concentrated nitric acid digestion system has high extraction efficiency for non-brominated flame retardant materials.The average recovery is 96.7%and the repeatability is good(relative standard deviation, RSD =0.8%).The volume ratios of concentrated nitric acid,concentrated hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid is 2∶4∶2,which has higher extraction efficiency for Ag in brominated flame retardant materials.The average recovery is 96.5%and the repeatability is good( RSD =0.7%).
