In order to solve the water environment problems systematically and practice the concept of“Overall planning and systematic governance”in the basin,the system solution of the comprehensive treatment and integration control platform in the basin is expounded by taking a city comprehensive watershed treatment project as an example.The platform through the construction of water quality and sewage pipe network monitoring perception system and the integration of basin water environment,water affairs and municipal related management information resources realizes real-time processing and presentation of water quality,pipe network and other related information in the basin.Through big data analysis,it provides real-time water quality forecast and early warning in the basin,and realizes target-oriented intelligent operation and maintenance management,which can provide information decision support to keep the water environment in the basin clean and improved for a long time.As an important non-engineering measure of the comprehensive watershed treatment project,the design results of the platform have passed the expert review and are being implemented,which can provide a reference for the similar comprehensive watershed treatment information application.
