鱼油姜黄提取物急性毒性和亚急性毒性实验研究

摘    要:研究鱼油姜黄提取物的急性毒性和亚急性毒性,为评价其食用安全性提供试验依据。对鱼油姜黄提取物进行大、小鼠急性经口毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验。试验结果表明,大、小鼠急性经口MTD值>15000mg/kg·BW,属无毒级;3个剂量组雌、雄大鼠的每周体重、每周进食量、每周食物利用率、总食物利用率、脏体比值、血液学指标及末期血生化指标检测结果与对照组比较,雌鼠高剂量组血糖显著降低(P<0.01),其它各项指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);除动物自发病变外,受试物高剂量组未引起动物中毒性损伤。鱼油姜黄提取物在本试验条件下未显示有急性毒性或亚急性毒性。

Abstract:Acute toxicity and subacute toxicity of fish oil and curcuma extractum was evaluated by animal test to ensure the edible safety.The acute oral toxicity test of mice and rats and 30-day feeding test on rats were performed.The results showed that,the MTD for mice and rats was more than 15000 mg/kg·BW,belonging to non-toxic grade.In 30-day feeding test,there was no significant difference in weight increase,food intake,food utilization,organ coefficient,blood routine examination or terminal stage blood biochemistry index between treatment group and negative control group(P>0.05),except the significant decrease of blood glucose of highdose female rats(P<0.01).Except for pathologic changes,high dose group rats had no toxic injury on organs.Accordingly,the fish oil and curcuma extractum showed no acute toxicity and no subacute toxicity in the tests.
