摘    要:在塑料专用接头自动脱螺纹塑胶模具设计中,通过理论计算塑胶的包紧力、脱螺纹动力,并确定传动机构重要参数,对液压马达运动实行定位控制,合理设计冷却系统,对模具重要成型零件实行温度控制,CAE模拟验证注塑成型,保证了模具设计制造的成功率,缩短了产品开发周期,降低了生产成本,保证了产品品质,对模具结构设计者有一定参考和借鉴价值...

Abstract:In the design of plastic mold for automatic thread removal of special plastic joint,through theoretical calculation of plastic wrapping force and thread removal power,and the important parameters of transmission mechanism were determined.The hydraulic motor movement was positioning controlled,and the cooling system was reasonable designed.By the temperature control of important molding parts of mold,CAE simulation verification of injection molding,the success rate of mold design and manufacturing was ensured.The design and manufacture of mold are shorten.The product development cycle is reduced,the production cost is reduced,and the product quality is guaranteed.It has certain reference value for the mold structure designer.
