摘    要:目的 针对疲劳驾驶问题,以用户需求为导向开展疲劳预警产品交互设计研究与评估,提出改进相关产品用户体验的设计方法。方法 首先,构建车载疲劳预警产品交互设计体系框架,通过用户访谈、问卷调研等方式归纳用户对车载疲劳预警产品的需求,并建立用户需求层次分析模型。其次,运用AHP采集专家和用户的评分并计算指标权重,分析各需求优先级,在此基础上进行车载疲劳预警产品交互设计。最后,运用FCA对设计方案进行评估与优化。结论 通过设计实例,验证了AHP-FCA设计策略的有效性。该方法能够帮助设计人员探索车载疲劳预警产品的交互设计方向,提升用户体验,为相关产品交互设计提供新的思路。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of fatigue driving, this paper conducts research and evaluation on the interactive design of fatigue early warning products according to the demand of users, and proposes design methods to improve the user experience of related products. First of all, the framework of the interactive design system for in-vehicle fatigue early warning products is established.Through user interviews, questionnaire surveys, etc., the user''s demand for in-vehicle fatigue early warning products is summarized, and a hierarchical analysis model of user demand is established. Secondly, the AHP is used to collect the scores of experts and users, and then calculate the weight of the indexes to obtain the priority of each demand.Based on the demand priority, the interactive design of the in-vehicle fatigue early warning product is carried out. Finally, FCA is used to evaluate and optimize the design.The design example verifies the effectiveness of the AHP-FCA design strategy. At the same time, this method can help designers explore the interactive design direction of in-vehicle fatigue early warning products, improve users'' experience, and expand the ideas for the interactive design of related products.
