摘    要:接缝灌浆受施工季节、混凝土龄期、降温幅度等多因素影响,且与拱坝的温度应力、悬臂高度、横缝开度密切相关,是坝工建设者长期关注的问题。为此,依托某碾压混凝土拱坝工程,采用三维有限元的方法,对拱坝的接缝灌浆过程进行模拟,分析其对拱坝温度场、应力以及横缝开度的影响规律。研究结果显示,接缝灌浆方案对拱坝混凝土的最高温度和分布规律影响不大。设计灌浆进度条件下,拱坝的最大悬臂高度满足设计要求;低温季节浇筑的坝体混凝土横缝开度小于高温季节浇筑,横缝开度随着灌浆时混凝土龄期的不同有所差异;可通过改变灌浆龄期,在符合规范的基础上对灌浆方案进行优化。

Abstract:The joint grouting of RCC arch dam is affected by many factors such as construction season,concrete age,cooling range and so on,and is closely related to the dam temperature stress,cantilever height and transverse joint opening,which is a long-term concern of dam builders.In order to solve this problem,based on a roller compacted concrete arch dam project,the three-dimensional finite element method is used to simulate the joint grouting process of the dam,and its influences on the temperature field,stress and transverse joint opening of dam are analyzed.The results show that the joint grouting scheme has little effect on the maximum temperature and temperature distribution of dam concrete.Under the condition of designed grouting schedule,the maximum cantilever height of dam meets design requirement.The transverse joint opening of concrete poured in low temperature season is smaller than that in high temperature season,and varies with the grouting age.The grouting scheme can be optimized on the basis of compliance with the specification by changing the grouting age.
