摘    要:在介绍国内外离线建立根系统发展现状的基础上,对离线建立根系统进行技术分析。立根存放方式分为水平存放和低位竖直存放、高位竖直存放3种,其离线建立根系统所配套的设备、对钻机整体结构的影响、对操控系统的要求以及恢复人工应急操作的能力都不同。开发离线建立根系统需攻克的关键技术有管柱提升机械手设计、控制系统设计、系统可靠性设计。建议现阶段我国陆地钻机离线建立根系统采用立根高位竖直存放的方式,便于应急操作,节省钻井成本。

Abstract:Based on the development status of domestic and foreign offline DP stands make up systems for onshore drilling rigs, technical analyses was performed on the horizontal storage, low horizontal storage and high horizontal storage of DP stands. The three storage modes were compared. The major differences are the influence on rig structure, the request of control systemand the ability of artificial emergency operation, and the key technologies for development of offline DP stands make up systems include lifting manipulator design, control system design and system safety design. It is suggested that the offline DP stands make up systems for onshore drilling rigs should be high horizontal storage of DP stands at the present stage, which is convenient for emergency operations and saves drilling costs.
