摘    要:环空放气阀是油气井中控制油管和套管环空通道的主要工具.研制了一种新型环空放气阀,密封面为球面金属密封.通过理论计算、有限元分析、室内试验,对环空放气阀进行设计分析和验证.结果表明,内部/外部压力产生的轴向力始终使金属密封面压紧,且内部/外部压力越大,密封面的压紧力越大;在额定工作压力35 MPa条件下,最大应力为193...

Abstract:The annular gas vent valve is the main tool to control the annular passage of tubing and casing in the wells. A new type of annular gas vent valve was developed with the spherical metal sealing surface. Through theoretical calculation, finite element analysis and test methods, the design analysis and verification of the annular vent valve were carried out. The result show the axial force generated by the internal/external pressure always compresses the metal sealing surface, and the greater the internal/external pressure, the greater the pressing force of the sealing surface. Under the condition of rated working pressure of 35 MPa, the maximum stress is 193.36 MPa, the maximum contact pressure is 194.25 MPa. It meets the strength requirements; the on-off pressure of the annulus vent valve is stable and meets the 35 MPa sealing requirements.
