苯丙复合水性防腐涂料的制备与性能研究

苯丙水性涂料广泛应用于木器涂饰、地面涂料和内墙装饰等行业。但在防腐领域,由于成膜物质致密性差、易闪锈和易脱落的缺点,其应用受到很大限制。本文通过苯乙烯与丙烯酸丁酯进行反应,制得性能优良的苯丙复合乳液和苯丙水性防腐涂料。实验结果表明,当乳液固质量分数为40%、玻璃化转变温度(T_g) 0℃以上、环氧树脂质量分数6%和NaOH用量为0.28%时,苯丙水性防腐涂料的综合性能最佳。

Study on Preparation and Properties of Benzene-Propylene Composite Waterborne Anticorrosive Coatings

Benzene-acrylic waterborne coatings were widely used in wood finishing,floor coating and interior wall decoration industries.But in the field of corrosion protection,due to the poor density of the film forming material,easy to flash rust and easy to fall off the shortcomings,its application was limited.Styrene-acrylic composite emulsion and styrene-acrylic waterborne anticorrosive coating with excellent properties were prepared by the reaction of styrene and butyl acrylate.The experimental results show that the comprehensive performance of benzene-propylene water-borne anticorrosive coating is the best when the solid content of emulsion is 40%,the glass transition temperature( T g )is above 0 ℃,the added amount of epoxy resin is 6%and the NaOH content is 0.28%.
