Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low level 3D visualization and unintuitive display of traditional dam monitoring information,the BIM+GIS technology is used to expand the display of dam monitoring information from traditional two-dimensional space to three-dimensional space.The BIM modeling,model lightweight,three-dimensional visualization display and system function design are studied.The application of the technology in Taoyuan Hydropower Station shows that the BIM+GIS technology can realize the three-dimensional visualization display of dam safety monitoring information,and the display effect is more vivid and has wide application prospect.
