摘    要:水平井分段压裂技术是高效开发致密油气藏的主要手段。常规投球滑套+裸眼封隔器分段压裂技术的分层数量有限,无法满足致密油气藏的精细开发需要。研制了一种全通径无级投球滑套,球座的内径相同,球座与压裂滑套采用分体式设计。该滑套随压裂管柱一起下入井内,压裂作业时,球座与可溶压裂球一起投入压裂管柱内,加液压力使滑套开启。功能试验表明,投入式球座可通过不同级别滑套,并实现同级别滑套打开。球座经过50次通过性能测试后,硫化橡胶与胶筒密封性能满足作业需要。

Abstract:Horizontal well staged fracturing technology was the main means to effectively develop tight oil and gas reservoirs. The conventional sliding sleeve + open-hole packer staged fracturing technology has a limited number of layers, which cannot meet the needs of fine development of tight oil and gas reservoirs. A full-diameter stepless sliding sleeve was developed. The inner diameter of the ball seat is the same, and the ball seat and the fracturing sleeve adopt a separate design. The sliding sleeve is lowered into the well along with the fracturing string. During fracturing operation, the ball seat and the soluble fracturing ball are put into the fracturing string together, and the sliding sleeve is opened by adding hydraulic pressure. Functional test shows that ball seat can pass through different levels of sliding sleeve, realize the opening of the sliding sleeves of the same level. After 50 times of passing test, the sealing performance of vulcanized rubber and packing element can meet the requirements of operation.
