摘    要:复合压裂管柱存在油管长度配置不合理,轴向抗拉安全系数过剩的问题.以轴向抗拉安全系数为设计目标,对复合管柱各段油管进行受力分析,推导了各段油管长度的计算公式,揭示了影响各段油管长度的因素.以3700 m长复合管柱为例,优化后的复合压裂管柱各项安全系数满足要求,并且可以减少15%管材使用量.

Abstract:The composite fracturing string has the problems of unreasonable tubing length configuration and excessive axial tensile safety factor. Taking the axial tensile safety factor as the design goal, the force analysis of each section of the composite string was carried out, the calculation formula of each section of the tubing length was deduced, and the factors affecting the length of each section of the tubing were revealed. Taking the 3 700 m long composite pipe string as an example, the safety factors of the optimized composite fracturing string meet the requirements and can reduce the amount of pipe used by 15%.
