摘    要:复杂小断块多层系油藏非均质差异大,多层合采相互干扰,不利于产能充分发挥。不动管柱液压换层开采技术,实现了分层轮换开采,实际应用中出现了一些换层故障。针对换层故障进行分析,建立了换层开关受力分析模型,进行了受力计算分析,发现井筒砂粒的影响是造成换层成功率低的主要原因之一。研究了防砂型液压换层采油技术,配套防砂型液压开关、沉砂器等工具,优化换层开关结构,避免砂粒的影响,提高换层施工的技术可靠性。现场已应用10口井,换层成功率90%,比配套前提升23%,效果明显。

Abstract:Some oilfieldsare multi-layer reservoir with complex small fault blocks, with great difference in heterogeneity, and most probably cannot produce with suitable rate. The technology of changing liquid flow channel without workover can change production layers swiftly. In practical application, there are some layer replacement faults. The failure of the layer change was analyzed, the force analysis model of the layer change switch was established, and the force calculation analysis was carried out. It is found that the influence of wellbore sand particles is one of the main reasons for the low success rate of switch action. The oil production technology of sand proof mold hydraulic layer alternate was studied, matching with sand proof mold hydraulic switch, sand precipitator and other tools, the structure of layer changing switch was optimized to avoid the influence of sand particles, and the technical reliability of the switch was improved. 10 wells have been applied in the field, and the success rate of layer change is 90%, which is 23% higher than that before.
