基于分级预降回蓄法的两河口水库汛期发电调度方案研究

摘    要:为增加两河口水库的发电量,通过对两河口水电站水情水调系统、工程概况、历年洪水资料、下游防洪现状和库区回水与移民情况综合分析拟定了根据水情水调系统预报的洪水流量确定汛期水库控制水位的分级预降回蓄水库汛期发电调度方案。采用优化调度方案后两河口水库多年平均发电量由110亿kW·h增加为114.2亿kW·h,兴利效益明显。

Abstract:In order to increase the average power generation of Lianghekou Reservoir,the dispatching scheme during flood period is formulated based on graded pre-descending and pre-ascending by degrees.In the formulation of the dispatching scheme,the forecasted flood volume of Lianghekou automatic hydrological system,the engineering situation,the historical flood series,present situation of downstream flood prevention,the situation of backwater and settlement projects are considered.The results show that the average power generation of Lianghekou Reservoir will increased from 11 billion kW·h to 11.42 billion kW·h after adopting the optimal dispatching scheme.
