摘    要:采用溶剂热法合成出了金属有机骨架材料UiO-66,并通过流延法制备出了一系列PVA/UiO-66复合膜.通过红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角、溶胀度、拉伸强度和透光性等表征方法,详细研究了UiO-66含量对复合膜各种物性的影响.结果表明,PVA在经富马酸交联后,耐水溶胀性...

Abstract:Metal organic framework material UiO-66 was synthesized by using solvothermal method and a series of poly(vinyl alcohol)/UiO-66 composite films were prepared by following casting method.The films thus obtained were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),contact angle,swelling degree,tensile strength and light transmittance tests,and the effects of UiO-66 and its content on the physical properties of the composite films were investigated.The results show that the water swelling resistance and tensile properties of PVA are significantly improved after crosslinking with fumaric acid.With the increase of UiO-66 loading,the degree of swelling,tensile strength and light transmittance are observed for all the composite films to decrease gradually,while the water contact angle and glycerol contact angle tend to increase gradually.
