基于有限元法的露顶式弧形闸门动力特性研究

摘    要:利用已有载荷和材料参数在ANSYS中建立了露顶式弧形闸门有限元模型,利用有限元法的模态分析对闸门无水工况下全闭和有水工况下不同开度的动力特性进行了计算和分析。结果表明:角木塘弧形闸门出现共振的可能较小,高变形区和高应力区集中于支臂及斜支杆;角木塘弧形闸门的自振频率范围为4~19 Hz;有水工况下弧形闸门的自振频率相对于无水工况有一定的下降;随着闸门开度的增加,相应的自振频率随开度的增加而有所提高;闸门易振部位为支臂及门叶上下部悬臂端。该结果对露顶式弧形闸门的设计和动力特性的研究具有指导意义。

Abstract:The finite element model of the emersed radial gate is established in ANSYS by using the existing load and material parameters,and the modal analysis of the finite element method is used to calculate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of gate under the condition of full closing in no water environment and different openings in water.The results show that,(a)the emersed radial gate in Jiaomutang Project is less likely to resonate,and the high deformation area and high stress area are concentrated on the support arms and inclined struts;(b)the natural frequency range of the radial gate is 4-19 Hz,and the natural frequency of gate in water is lower than that under no water condition;(c)with the increase of gate opening,the corresponding natural vibration frequency increases with the increase of gate opening;and(d)the support arms and the upper and lower cantilever ends of gate leaf are prone to vibration.The result has guiding significance to the design and the study of dynamic characteristics of emersed radial gate.
