| Abstract: | Nowadays the economy market is becoming mature and more and more people show their concerns about catering enterprises. Social economic development has brought about rapid growth of catering industries, competition and pressure as well. Studies and analysis of the management process and exploration into the problems existing in modern catering measures, which are supposed to provide for catering business have hopefully contributed to solutions and industries with references. |
