| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了局部环Ｒ上ｎ阶全阵环Ｍ_ｎ（Ｒ）的自同构群Ａｕｔ（Ｍ_ｎ（Ｒ）的结构，给出了Ａｕｔ（Ｍ_ｎ（Ｒ）） 同构于ＰＧＬ（Ｒ）与Ａｕｔ（Ｒ）的一个半直积这一重要结果。

| Abstract: | In this paper the structure of Ant(Mn(R)),the automophism group of a local ring R on a matrix ring (Mn(R)),is researched,and that,the Ant(Mn(R)) is isomorphic to a product aggregate of PGL(R)XAut(R),is proved.This is an impobot result. |
