螺尖丝锥的切削性能分析

摘    要:介绍了螺尖丝锥的结构特点,并在螺尖丝锥产品设计制造过程中,对丝锥关键几何结构参数进行优化设计,基于德国勇克机床Juwop/W槽形模拟软件,对螺尖槽形进行模拟。通过切削试验进行对比分析。试验结果表明:螺尖丝锥比机用丝锥更加适合于高速切削,在切削过程中更加稳定,切削性能更加优越。在高速切削时,高性能螺尖丝锥比普通螺尖丝锥更加耐磨损,使用寿命更长。

Abstract:This paper introduced the structure feature of the spiral pointed taps.It designed the structure and optimized several critical geometric parameters of the taps.Juwop/W software of Junker was utilized to design the flute of taps.Experiment was done to analyze the impact of the flute on the chips.The results showed that the spiral pointed taps were more suitable for high speed cutting when compared to machine taps.Spiral pointed taps were stable and had a better cutting performance.Spiral pointed taps showed more wear resistance and are more longlasting than machine taps during high speed cutting.
