基于UGNX的叶轮五坐标数控加工方法研究

摘    要:叶轮具有结构复杂、数量种类多的特点,重要用途的叶轮一般由可展直纹面和自由曲面构成。这种结构的叶轮具有曲率变化大、流道窄及扭角大等特点,比较难加工。本文以UG NX为平台,对自由曲面叶轮进行造型设计,从工艺参数的确定、到位规划和后置处理,最后在菲迪亚HS664 RT五轴加工中心上进行五轴加工完成零件的试切加工,证实了该方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:The characteristics of integral impeller have complex structure,the number of variety.But the more important uses of the impeller are generally constituted by the developable ruled surface and the free surface composition.This structure of the impeller has curvature changes,narrow flow channel,a large twist angle,etc.,and is more difficult to product.Based on UG NX platform,the modeling of the impeller simultaneously is designed,and the machining parameters are determined and the tool paths are generated.Finally,the machining is implemented on FIDIA HS664 RT five-axis machining center.The results show that the proposed method is validately and rationality.
