螺旋槽丝锥槽型优化设计

摘    要:为了改善螺旋槽丝锥的缠屑问题、提高螺旋槽丝锥攻丝质量和延长丝锥寿命,通过对螺旋槽丝锥几个关键几何参数的设计,运用Juwop/W软件对丝锥槽型进行了优化模拟。采用切削对比试验的方法,分析了两种槽型对切屑的影响。试验结果表明:在攻丝过程中,一直线两圆弧槽型的丝锥能够得到较理想的切屑,解决了丝锥缠屑问题,改善了攻丝状况,保证了丝锥的正常使用。

Abstract:In order to improve the chip twine problem of the spiral fluted taps,the quality of the tapping and the tap life,several critical geometric parameters of spiral fluted taps are designed and the flute of taps is utilized with Juwop/W software.The experiment is done to analyze the impact of the flute on the chips.The results show that the flute shape with one straight line and two radii can have ideal chips to solve the chip twine problem,improve the cutting condition and ensure the proper usage of the taps.
