微细立铣削的切削力试验研究

摘    要:基于直槽的微细立铣削试验,分析了微细铣削力的基本特征,研究了铣削参数对静态和动态铣削力的影响规律。结果表明:与常规尺度立铣削不同,微细立铣削的动态铣削力均大于静态铣削力;直槽微铣削时,进给方向上的静态铣削力和动态铣削力均大于槽宽方向;三个铣削参数对铣削力有着不同的影响规律。

Abstract:Based on the experiments of micro-end-milling of 45 steel,the basic characteristics of milling force is analyzed and the influence rule of milling parameters on milling force is studied.The result shows that the dynamic milling force is always greater than the static milling force in micro end milling operation.During the process of micro-end-milling of straight groove,the static and dynamic milling forces along the feed direction are more than that of the width direction of straight groove.Three milling parameters have different influence rule on the milling force.
