自定心内径测量装置设计

摘    要:针对传统内径百分表测量存在的常见误差,设计了一种三点自动定心的内径测量装置。利用圆周内均布的三点测头可以实现被测孔径的圆心定位,同时推动45°锥体沿轴线相对滑动,借助弹簧张力达到平衡,实现孔径变化的测量。使用设计的卡盘定位机构和旋转机构,可以测得孔径任一位置、任一截面的最值变化量,实现孔径的圆度、直线度参数测量。

Abstract:For the common error in traditional measurement process,an inner diameter measuring device using three point automatic centering method is put forward.Firstly,the center position of a cylinder can be measured by three uniformly distributed measuring heads in circumference.Secondly,the 45 degree cone is driven to slide along the axis.At the same time,the measuring device will reach a balance by inner spring tension.Finally,the measurement of a different aperture diameter can be measured.Further more,a hole size can be measured in any place and any section by the chuck positioning mechanism and a rotary mechanism design.
