便携式列车舒适度与平稳性测试仪的设计与实现

摘    要:便携式列车舒适度与平稳性测试系统由上位机和下位机组成,上位机完成数据的计算、存储、显示等功能;下位机以TI公司TMS320F2812为核心,完成振动数据采集、处理、显示和传输等功能。本文详细介绍了该系统的硬件和软件设计、上位机调试、实车测试等。软件设计由CCS平台完成,给出了程序流程图及具体程序段;硬件设计给出了系统各模块电路图及硬件实物平台;上位机调试由LABVIEW平台完成;实车测试在某线某车上完成,并获得了相应的试验数据。同时,将测试仪测得的列车运行舒适度及平稳性指标与上位机计算结果进行对比,结果显示:检测值与计算值基本吻合,误差均在10%以内,符合工程测量要求。

Abstract:A portable testing system for the comfort and stability of the train was designed.This system consists of the host computer and slave computer.The host computer completes the data calculating,storing,displaying and other functions.The slave computer takes TMS320F2812 as the core,and completes the vibration data acquisition,processing,displaying,transmission and other functions.In this paper,the hardware and software design,host computer debugging,real vehicle testing and other parts of the system were introduced in details.The software design was carried out by the CCS platform,and the program flow chart and the specific program segment were given.The hardware design gives the system circuit diagram and hardware platform.The host computer debugging was completed by LABVIEW platform.The real vehicle testing was carried out on a certain line,and the corresponding test data was obtained.At the same time,the test results of the train running comfort and stability index were compared with the calculation results of the host computer.The results show that the test values are in agreement with the calculated values and the errors are less than 10%,which meets the requirements of engineering survey.
