基于磁流变液深孔钻削颤振抑制技术的研究

摘    要:在传统的深孔加工过程中,切削振动很难抑制,只能凭借加工经验来判断和处理。本文利用磁流变液减振器来抑制振动,详细分析了磁流变液减振器的三种工作模式:流动模式、剪切模式和挤压模式。通过对深孔加工系统模型的分析得到系统动力学方程,并利用MATLAB/Simulink对系统动力学模型进行仿真分析,验证其可行性。比较分析结果表明,磁流变液减振器能够有效抑制深孔加工的切削振动。

Abstract:In traditional deep hole processing,the cutting vibration is difficult to suppress,and can be only judged and handled by experience.In this regard,a method using the magneto rheological damper to suppress the vibration is proposed.The three modes of the damper,flow mode,shear mode and squeeze mode are analyzed.Through the analysis of a deep hole processing system model,the dynamic equation is put forth.And the dynamic model is simulated and analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink to verify its feasibility.The comparison and analysis results show that this damper can effectively inhibit deep hole processing vibration.
