摘    要:辽宁丹东某铜矿尾矿金品位为1.35 g/t,属低品位难处理金矿。采用柱浸模拟现场堆浸工艺条件,对工艺参数进行了模拟试验。条件实验表明,在浸出剂氰化钠浓度为0.10%、石灰水喷淋调整浸出液pH=11、矿层高度305 mm、在10℃以上浸出120 h,金浸出率为58.14%。放大试验延长浸出时间至480 h,金浸出率达到70%左右。获得的工艺参数可为堆浸生产提供指导。

Abstract:The copper tailings from Dandong of Liaoning province contains gold 1.35 g/t, mainly in the form of low grade refractory gold ore. The column leaching simulation experiments were carried out to simulate the process parameters of dump leaching. The experimental results showed that the leaching rate of gold was 58.14% when the ore was leaching at above 10℃ for 120 hours under the following conditions: 0.10% sodium cyanide, pH=11 (adjusted by spraying lime water), 305 mm of the height of the ore bed. For an enlarged experiment in which the leaching time was prolonged to 480 hours, up to 70% of gold in the ore was leached out. The obtained parameters can provide guidance for heap leaching production.
