摘    要:在复合喷雾冷却条件下采用正交实验方法,使用硬质合金刀具高速车削GH4169高温合金,研究了复合喷雾参数对表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:影响表面粗糙度大小的主次因素为:低温气体温度油量水量;表面粗糙度随着油量的增大而逐渐减小,随着水量的增大先减小后增大,随着低温气体温度的降低先增大后减小。

Abstract:Carbide cooling tool was used for high speed alloy cutting GH4169 super-alloy under composite spray cooling technology by contrast experiment method to study the influence of compound spray parameters on surface roughness.The results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the surface roughness are:low temperature gas > oil > water;the surface roughness decreases with the increase of oil content,with the increase of the water volume,it decreases and then increases,with the temperature of the low-temperature gas decreases it increases and then decreases.
